Cancellation & Refund Policy

Effective date: July 22, 2026

Recurring service

You may pause or cancel recurring mowing at any time with no fee — just tell us (text works) at least 24 hours before your next scheduled visit. Visits cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice may be charged if the crew is already routed.

One-time services

Aeration, cleanups, and add-on projects may be rescheduled or cancelled free of charge up to 24 hours before the appointment.

Weather

If we push a visit for weather, you are never charged for the skipped day; the visit moves to the next available day.

Refunds

If a visit didn't meet our standard, tell us within 48 hours — we'll return to fix it or refund that visit, your choice. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Refund decisions are made by a human team member, not by our AI assistant.
