Privacy Policy

This policy describes what Momentum Landscaping collects, why, and who processes it on our behalf.

What we collect

• Contact and property info: name, phone, email, service address, property access notes you choose to share (gate codes, pets).
• Messages: SMS and portal conversations with our team and our AI assistant Wayne, kept so we can serve you and maintain quality.
• Website analytics and advertising data: we use the Meta Pixel and Meta's Conversions API, which collect page views and form submissions (including hashed email/phone) to measure our advertising. Ad-click identifiers (fbclid) and browser identifiers (fbp cookie) are captured when present.
• Payment information is processed by Stripe; we never store full card numbers.

Who processes it

We use these processors: Supabase (database hosting), Vercel (website hosting), Stripe (payments), Pingram (SMS delivery), Meta (advertising measurement), and Anthropic (AI assistant processing). Each receives only what it needs to perform its function.

What we don't do

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it with third parties except the processors above and as required by law.

Retention

We keep records as long as you are a customer plus the period required for tax and legal purposes, then delete or anonymize them.
