Momentum Landscaping uses an AI assistant named Wayne to answer questions, schedule quote visits, and send service updates by text message and through our customer portal.

What Wayne is

Wayne is an artificial intelligence system (built on Anthropic's Claude models), not a human being. If you ask Wayne whether it is an AI, it will tell you truthfully. This disclosure is made in accordance with Utah's Artificial Intelligence Policy Act.

What Wayne can do

• Answer questions about our services, prices, and service area
• Offer available scheduling days and book your visit
• Record notes you share for the crew (gate codes, pets, access)

What Wayne cannot do

Wayne does not handle complaints, damage reports, refunds, or discounts — those always go to a human team member. You can ask for a person at any time and Wayne will hand the conversation to our team.

Conversations with Wayne are stored with your customer record and processed by Anthropic as our service provider. See our Privacy Policy.
