SMS Messaging Terms

Program description

When you submit a quote request or become a customer, Momentum Landscaping sends you service-related text messages: quote scheduling, booking confirmations, day-before reminders, follow-ups, and replies to your questions. Many messages are sent by Wayne, our AI assistant (see AI Disclosure).

Opt-in

You opt in by submitting our quote form with your mobile number or by texting us first. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

Message frequency

Frequency varies with your service activity — typically 1–5 messages around a quote or scheduled visit. No message blasts.

Fees

Message and data rates may apply per your carrier plan. We never charge for texts.

Opt-out and help

Reply STOP at any time to stop all texts (you'll get one final confirmation). Reply START to re-subscribe. Reply HELP for help, or email admin@momentumlandscapingut.com.

Quiet hours

We do not send routine messages before 8:00 AM or after 9:00 PM Mountain Time.

Carriers

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
